Im leaving!

No kidding!
I've been looking forward to this day since i the day i arrived here. i finally finished of what im here for and although things were not perfect, but let's call it a day shall we?

This trip actually hasn't been really bad so far, the reason i kind of not enjoying it is because i've been working my ass off for literally every day.. and most of the weekend. is not fun when you caught in this kind of situation, especially when you are abroad.

Life in US is totally different... i wouldn't say better but is kind of... u know.. not suitable for ppl like me... who love Nasi Lemak and bak kut teh so much. I always hate the fact that ppl in Malaysia are every rude and service are really bad, which i still believe in., however.. when im getting too good service and being treated too politely by the ppl around me.. i'm actually felt kind of awkward.

For example.. when i was wandering in Citibank Lobby and waiting for my colleague to settle his bank stuffs... every freaking staff in the bank would ask me whether i needed help. I couldn't stand the overwhelming hospitality and end up waiting for my colleague outside of the bank to get some air... phew... kind of culture shock.. or may be, in Chinese.. "cheap bone".
Im actually having some hard time with the money here.. could you tell the value of the note at a glance? chia bai they all look the same!

i did have some great time in this trip. I manage to squeeze some time out of my tight schedule and been to some really nice places...
San Francisco

As usual.. San Francisco again... But this time i get to really walk around in the city... and it was a nice feeling.. clean and organize city.. just a little bit hard to get a parking space.. but still.. ppl here are so relaxing.. lying down and sun bathing on the park down town is nothing special in this place..
North Beach

And im considering my self as a pretty lucky person... i have a very friendly counterpart. He has been touring me around and even loaning me his GPS. Too bad i din have enuff chance to use it this time.

During my 1st weekend here.. he brought me along with his friends to go for a hike in Big basin, it was a 18Km hike and OMG... it really tiring and i still remember i leg almost soar to death.. but at least i made it and did gald that i was there... the view was simply awesome and hiking in a cold weather was not as tiring and sweaty in like those that i have in Malaysia... i would go there again if i have another chance.. ofcoz.. if somebody would let me piggy back... it would be better..

RedWood... or... huge and tall tree

Really nice waterfall... better after you hiked for 12KM to get there

And last week was some really special day... coz a sua gu Malaysian like went for a skiing trip! yes.. skiing trip! it cost me about 90 freaking dollars .. close to RM300! OMG! that was the 1st thing i had in mind was my colleague mentioned about skiing trip. But then... look at this...

Kirkwood

Snow!!! a real snow scene..! not like this... but a real one! i got kind of excited at the beginning but i was not alone...someone actually stole my thunder as a 1st time experience with snow, there was another really cute gal that was on the same trip with me... keep on saying this: "Snow!! Lots of snow!" for like everything single time she see some snow! if she wasn't that cute.. i would have choked her to death! but then... look at her... how sweet she is... i could never do that so such a cute gal..

Hannah Yao - Ain't she cute?

I did not enjoy the skiing at the beginning... i almost loose control and fell down everytime i made a movement.. it was harder that i ever thought. It's hard to walk uphill with the ski boot on, hard to stop once you start sliding down. and was even harder to get up once you hit the ground. however.. after literally kissing the snow for like 20 over times... i manage to ski down all the way from the beginner slope without a single fall. It got really fun in the end...
this is what you gonna see when you dun wear sun glasses.. believe me..you are not going to enjoy this.

woo hoo!!

Alright... not a bad trip anyway.. but i still miss home now... eating some real food.. speaking some real language and laugh on some real jokes.
