New Life

It's been about 5 weeks since my big move from Melaka to Santa Clara, a place which somewhat familiar to me. I knew it's gonna be challenge for me because I'm facing with new job, new environment and new lifestyle. I gave up a lot of things to be here, including my MBA, my managerial portfolio, hang out time with friends and family... etc. To be honest i have no idea whether this is a good move, but i'd never know until i try.

Still settling in so it's too early to make any judgment now, but one thing for sure is i getting more time to spend now, and that's the reason why i resume blogging.. but then by starting to blog again, i realize i do not have much to blog about other than  my work life! This is alarming, because i never had this issue when i was in university, back thnn, life seems to be more interesting , and now everytime i sit down trying to write something, the 1st thing pops out of my head is bitching about my work or life...

Damn... look how much damage work have done to my life over the past 4 years?  I'm not funny nor interesting any more?

I going to reach out to life, more than ever and make sure i don't waste my time here!

Stop spamming my blog

I get hundreds of Spam comments on my certain post... and i dun even know why they are doing it.. this blog is not popular and doesn't attracts a lot of attention! Unless they are targeting me i but i recommend them to send me an email or send me a message in facebook... cos i only come back and check my blog not more than once in few months..

World Cup "Fever"

This world cup is a forgettable one for me. Not only i have to watch it alone for most of the matches, i'm forced to miss all the mid night matches because unlike the previous world cup, i now have a job.

And the worse part is, all the teams which i support, are eliminated. The last thing i need is to watch Germany or Arjen Robben( i have no problem with the team, just Robben) lifting the cup of life. So, Spain and Uruguay, please please do not let that happen!!

One thing that irritates me the MOST is... look at all the news feed nowadays in Facebook. Everyone is throwing out status about the World cup, when i say every 1, i mean including those chicks who never really watch football in thru their entire life, they only know not more than 5 players from the game, like Beckham, Messi, Ronaldo and nothing more! And now they are acting like football is their fav freaking sport! I bet they can't even understand what the heck offside means. If football is your favorite sport, then stop nagging your BFs when he tries to watch EPL during regular season!

it's been a roller coaster months...

i almost made a big change on my career but eventually i decided to drop that decision, i'm not sure whether i'm doing the right thing. Partly because i'm still cannot imagine myself as an engineer, rest assure being the leader among them.

Officially stepping into management path now, this is happening earlier than my expectation. Because of the current situation of my company, sometimes i really doubt if it;s because of my ability, or i'm just being lucky.

but anyhow, i started to think that this ain't that complicated after all. I realize that something you don't have to be the best to beat the rest, you only have to be smart enough to manipulate the situation.
